Crumbling

This album is a crafted, artisanal collection that blends elements of electronic, indie pop, and garage rock. It unfolds as a palette of diverse colors and emotions, each track united by a stream of consciousness and a growing pursuit of self-awareness. The result is a cohesive journey that invites listeners to explore nuance, texture, and an intimate sonic palette, where experimental textures meet grounded melodies.

IF ONLY

My primary goal for this recording was to create a lush, full-band production that highlighted the simplicity and beauty of the underlying song. After 5 years of tinkering and over 300 layered tracks, I feel satisfied with the result and am ready to let go.

Mauro Gambardella: drummer, multi-instrumentalist, and music producer.
In the last 15 years, Mauro was a well-known and recognized presence on stages and in diverse music productions across Europe and the USA. In the beginning, he appeared with indie rock bands like R's and Paletti and later his own band, Gambardellas. After a 2-year artistic gap for personal reasons, Mauro got back with a new project and new energy. Moorso is the sum of what distinguished Mauro throughout the years: a mix of energetic indie garage rock and the most contagious melodies of pop, but with a splash of lo-fi everywhere. At the moment Mauro kepps on producing and composing new music in his WetCity Studio.
