Hailing from the town of Dalkeith near Edinburgh in Scotland, Mark Corbett is a multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter.

100% independent his music has been featured on Tom Robinson's BBC Introducing Mixtape on 6Music, and he has received regular support from BBC Introducing in Scotland, BBC Radio Scotland and BBC Introducing in Northampton for his sometimes self-produced/recorded and self-released singles and EPs.

Mark started performing his own music over a decade ago while living in Los Angeles and he has been playing his music up and down the UK ever since, as equally at home at a house party as on a festival stage.

Red White & Bluegrass is a Band from Conway, SC that was started by patriarch Red White.  It now consists of Gwen White Johnson, Rhythm Guitar; Barbara White Old, Bass; Gwen's son, Chris on dobro; Josie Holmes, Banjo, Emily Grace Holmes, Fiddle and Lee Holmes on Mandolin.  Gwen & Barbara  have shared the stage with such greats as Bill Monroe, IIIrd Tyme Out, Ralph Stanley, Jim & Jesse, Osborne Brothers, Lewis Family and many more.  Gwen & Barbara were 2 of the first women to play on the stage of Bluegrass Festivals starting back in the early 70's!  

With it now being an "All" family group, they are still "Carrying on the Family Tradition" of hard driving, good family harmony Bluegrass Music!

The Great Hoax AKA Nick Swanson returns in 2014 with his first full length compilation album ‘Swampland Swing’.

The Great Hoax started in Wellington in 2007 playing Leonard Cohen covers and their own material locally as a two piece. In 2011 when ‘the hoax’ became a one piece Nick Swanson carried on playing solo gigs in Wellington eventually moving to Auckland and playing at ‘The Kings Arms’ and ‘Backbeat’.

‘Swampland Swing’ is a collection of old and new songs featuring ‘Puppy’ {Shapes 2009}, ‘Lonesome Town{acoustic}’ and ‘Pop That Collar’ {Imitation red sky 2012}, ‘Decent Lying lady’ {Dark Matter 2013} and new tracks “What I want’, ‘Festival’, and ‘Gamblin man’..plus many more.

The album takes its name from ‘Swamp music’ ie the music of New Orleans swampland’s with added beats/grooves and slick wit.

The album’s lyrics and themes include capitalism, envy, lust, greed, revenge, witch craft, voo doo, and vampirism- {the opening track ‘Lestat de Lioncourt’ a tribute to Tom cruise’s character from 1994’s ‘Interview with the Vampire’.
