Stephanie has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 15 years as a singing teacher, music mentor, writer and as an actor and singer in theatrical plays and musicals, film, television commercials and corporate acting work. 

Since 2000, Stephanie’s studies have seen her achieve a Certificate III, Certificate IV and Advanced Diploma in Arts – Acting. She has trained with well-known teacher and opera singer Jennifer Barnes and is currently honing her technical skills with Rachelle Schmidt. Stephanie has also attended vocal workshops with Adrienne Angel and Renee Grant-Williams. 

As an actor, singer and performer Stephanie has appeared in television commercials, corporate performance work, a popular music duo, theatrical plays and musicals. Her extensive experience as a singer and actor has gained her a solid reputation in the performing arts scene. She has worked with some of the Hunter’s most reputed and acclaimed theatre companies, including Stooged Theatre, Newcastle Theatre Company, The Regional Institute of Performing Arts, Pantseat Productions, Opera Hunter and Tantrum Theatre, having appeared in over 40 productions in the last decade. She has also appeared in television commercials for Telstra and TAFE New South Wales, as well as working professionally as an actor for the University of Newcastle and the GPT Group Australia. Stephanie received the CONDA (City of Newcastle Drama Award) for Outstanding Actress in a Musical over two consecutive years for her appearances in the 'The Great American Trailer Park Musical' and as Annie Oakley in 'Annie Get Your Gun'. Stephanie has twice appeared in the Australian Premiere of a musical, performing lead roles in ‘The Great American Trailer Park Musical’ and ‘Eurobeat: Almost Eurovision’.

Recently, Stephanie wrote, directed and starred in the short play ‘Unforgettable’ for Short + Sweet Theatre Sydney, earning a place in the Top 12 for 2015. She is currently working on her first solo cabaret show, ‘Forever Young’, to be performed later this year as part of the Newcastle Cabaret Festival.

In addition to her work as a performer, Stephanie runs learning programs for beginner singers and conducts choirs for the elderly and disabled, as well as working as a Humour Therapist through ‘The Arts Health Institute’.
