I see a figure in the mist, the grey tone sky,
So low I nearly missed, looming and small,
The shadow twists, a silhouette, the rain disturbs the,
Shape of this, pulling feelings too long to list,

The shadow longs with gaze continuous,
Guess all these monsters make me kinda conspicuous,
We all soaked to the skin looking kinda ridiculous,
The water in my eye making me strain to see, she sees,
Through me, like she was trapped a long time ago but now she's free, 

Free to walk the rain, forget the pain, guess,
The reason we're walking 'round out here is mostly the same.
