In Hindu Philosophy and some Indian religions, samskaras or sanskaras (Sanskrit: संस्कार) are mental impressions, recollections, or psychological imprints that colour one's thoughts and actions, and form the basis for the development of karma theory.
In Buddhism, the Sanskrit term samskara is used to describe "mental formations," "will," and many other concepts; in Pāli it is referred to as saṅkhāra.

According to various schools of Indian philosophy, every action, intent or preparation by an individual leaves a samskara (impression, impact, imprint) in the deeper structure of the person's mind. These impressions then await volitional fruition in that individual's future, in the form of hidden expectations, circumstances or a subconscious sense of self-worth. These Samskaras manifest as tendencies, karmic impulses, subliminal impressions, habitual potencies or innate dispositions.

Max TenRoM was born in Toulouse, the famous Pink City from Southern France. He started playing music from an early age, learning his piano skills through Jazz. Once he had become comfortable on the piano he switched his focus to synthesizers and acoustic drums. As a result, he naturally started exploring electronic music production.

His current style is hard to label as he uses his many influences to create his own craft. Usually dynamic, his productions can be soft or radically heavy, sometimes melancholic or upliftings. Max navigates between an Organic & Exotic Downtempo style and some Deep & Melodic Techno sonorities. The most important is to transmit emotions anyway.

On stage Max TenRoM mixes electronic and acoustic sounds with synths, pad machines and acoustic drums. He uses all his energy to add live Bongos and Darbouka fills to make his live-set a complete audiovisual & organic performance. 

He recently played with Acid Arab, N'to, Sam Paganini, Joachim Pastor, Tebra, Monkey Safari, Unders, Worakls, Sahalé or Joris Delacroix to name a few, now called to open the biggest Techno and Organic House artists. 
After many gigs in famous places and festivals in France, Max Recently performed in Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia and Canada. Max has also been selected for the BPM Contest and performed live on Clubbing TV in over 90 countries.

Counting millions of plays and regularly in the top Beatport, his music is released on various renowned labels, well received in the musical industry and supported by big channels, radios and talented artists. One of his remixes was recently released on the new Buddha Bar compilation 2024. Also played by Above&Beyond, Sabo & Goldcap at the famous Burning Man Festival, Guy Laliberté in the bigger clubs of Ibiza... 
Max does not stop at his personal project, he is also one of the founders and the leader of the CULTE collective in France.
