With all his appearances here on the label, AVGVSTVS has done enough to earn a spot in Casa Caos' digital heart. Obsessed with dogs, cats and music, the Brazilian DJ is also a holistic veterinarian of small animals. And, as half of the open-minded project Pérola Branca, Augusto maintains his quirky, off-beat sense of conception, for the sake of a more low-key listen. 

Taking inspiration from the ISTs podcasts, this 184th edition conjures melodic optimism with moments of yearning and living-room dancing, a grooved downtempo that refers to kraut and synth funk. Full of live edits and recorded with a harmonic mixing, these almost 57 minutes are a straightforward showcase of some of AVGVSTVS’s various flavours library. In one word: freewheeling.

Oder man fragt nicht und genießt Pulque, Mezcal und Tequila - alles aus der Agave gewonnen.
