"Playing a DJ set at Maxa Camp before the sunrise performance by RÜFÜS DU SOL was an electrifying opportunity. 
The unique energy of Burning Man’s playa, combined with Maxa Camp’s legendary art car and atmosphere, offered a one-of-a-kind experience. The transition into sunrise created a magical moment, where the deep connection between music, the ethereal desert, and the audience was palpable. Setting the tone for RÜFÜS DU SOL’s set meant crafting a sonic journey that balanced anticipation and serenity, seamlessly blended into the rising sun’s transformative energy.
As the deer-headed, flame-shooting art car lighted up the playa, my role was to curate an unforgettable experience for Burners, building the perfect vibe that merges with the magic of the moment. It wasn’t  just a performance—but a collaboration with the elements, the art, and the people."

Echonomist - Maxa - Burning Man 2024

Kiko discovered his passion for music and the art of DJing in a very young age. Inspired by R&B and Soul, he started exploring electronic music and got influenced by Dixon, Black Coffee, John Digweed, Hot Since 82, Guy Gerber, Kaz James, AMEME. His sets encompass a broad range of sounds with afro, melodic & house elements creating a musical journey that inspires and unites people.

Although his short journey through music, he had the chance to perform in Bolivar Beach Bar supporting Damian Lazarus and currently, he holds a monthly residency at Dybbuk, one of the best venues in Athens. He has supported prominent greek artists such as CJ Jeff, Agent Greg, Christo Z.
Other venues he has played are Noah, El Chapo, Iguazu, Contrabando, La Gitana, Lit.

Inicie mi gusto musical con 15 años de edad (2001) trabajando como Promotor para Vinil Entertainment: Giorgio Brindesi, Martin Parra, Nopal Beat Records, Nortec Collective, Colabore para Festivales como;  Festival de la Serpiente en 2002 con Carl Cox, Green Velvet. Love Parade México 2002, Dj Klang, Ramiro Puente.
