Yawn really ? Wow upstate expands beoynd Albany try any venue bet u sell out.. Rochester,NY you have a huge following that i know rember Skye high productions 611records whistle 1 & 2 al rochester baised productions. i was in R.I. at this time promo for volume (dj venom) currently 34 and  i Mt. Bike w a group we all ride during your show. Contact if u need venue suggestions a good start in Rochester main st armory Bassnector was last show there. i went to SVD paint or color tour was there as well ( did not go) and ck out the house of gutiars ". Open since 1964 half shrine/half shop  prolly contians more vinyl and equipment then any other shop in the world. Want org. Moog! Roland! Orginal pressings of oldschool white albums of everyone from q-bert to fatboy slim not to mention the never ending parade of artists that teach clinics at the shop or dj their record realease partys! Jazz fest every year and the home base of World Headquaters of kodak, xerox, baush&lomb, however we are but a rust belt city and we are the buckle. So ya its basicly detroit in 1982...  But u could have a great success w a event. Or u want to get into that death trap in syracuse aka wilcott theater  i know the scum there too. They have booked (Dada life), feddie la Grand ...etc. its a college run season so summers are out. But they pack it! I say go outside , wine country like CMAC , darian lake (6flags)smaller events with festival feel !!
start at dusk till cmac is owned by constillations inc. currently is lagest wine purvor in the world. So dont yawn, expand to easy hits and great shows markus schulz had to move venues to a larger one in Buffalo because of more demand than rendevous could handle!

I thank you for one even responding to a SC posting and u r right i was a little under the weather (a little Man/Gin flu) and on a TiNY, tamara, style rant. For that i apollogize, but look into upstate seriously we need some good artists out this way how would one contact u too book a venue and what is Min-Max (lol) u would need for a trip this way . Free Friday Mix

i've done something special for this mix, two hours of King Unique tracks & remixes picked out from fourteen years & ninety releases. i've had a lot of fun pulling out old boxes of vinyl, DAT tapes & CD backups, (not to mention encountering some dodgy old press shots along the way) & even found a couple of unreleased gems from ten years back - original dubs of 'Sugarhigh' & Underworld's 'Two Months Off' anybody?

i've tried to include a little of everything, from early house days on Defected to dark tribal on Junior Boys Own & the melodic techno of Bedrock - plus the remixes for pretty much every major & indie label under the sun. it would've taken four or five hours just to include everyone's favourites in a 'definitive' mix so this is simply how KU looked to me in one week of looking back in 2013. if i missed out your essential KU i'll maybe do this again one day; & of course there's still all those bootlegs lying around doing nothing...

it goes without saying that this mix is as much about my original partner in KU Matthew Roberts as it is about me. we sat in the studio together 5 days a week 8 or 9 hours a day between 1999 & 2006 making this stuff - then scurried home to see our families briefly before heading off to the airport or motorway for the weekend.
