One of Bradley Zero’s latest mentees, Dayspired is a young audio-visual duo hailing from Boston. 

The group has already collaborated with an eclectic range of artists, including bassist Hash Vyas (of the acclaimed Thievery Corporation), jazz saxophonist Stephon Alexander, and vocalist Harrison Lipton, as well as remixed songs from the likes of Haulm and GoGo Penguin. Previous releases have received support from tastemakers around the globe, including the Apple Music editorial team, Indie Shuffle, Stereofox and Nest HQ. The duo has released music independently and through various imprints — Eton Messy Records, Grand Jury Music, and Dusted Wax Kingdom.

Biography : 

Soleyman is part of the first generation of DJs in electronic music. Coming from a family of musicians, his passion for music begins during his childhood and later increases with his first outings in nightclubs. The musical style of Soleyman has evolved over the years. Rather oriented towards a US house and labels like Stricly Rhythm during the early 90s, it becomes more and more deep, melodic and hypnotic over the years. His music is also characterized by a strong emotional content, regardless of the style played. House, Deep House or Tech House.

He accumulates from the beginning the evenings under the nickname of dj Spark while performing in the clubs and trendy places of Switzerland, as well as in some European countries and Asia. His music then draws the attention of the programmers at the MAD club in Lausanne who solicit a permanent residency.

Soleyman has worn several hats over the years. DJ, producer, evening organizer or nighttime creator. It was during his various club residencies or as a resident DJ of Yakabar, the legendary club/bar he created with a friend, that his experience behind the turntables solidified.
