We’ve had some really talented artists on guestmix duties for Distant Grooves and we’re continuing the streak with Venezuelan-born, UK-based David Delgado aka Joone. With power packed releases on labels like Secret Fusion, Acrylic On Canvas, Borders Of Light and more, Joone has been drawing inspiration from his early music influences and writing them into his music.

Often associated with magician producer Ramon Tapia, Steve's name has been synonymous with quality dancefloor productions for years. His music enters a deeper level, detached from time and space, beyond all points of reference or rational categorization.

3AM - is my weekly playtime during my residency at OXA Beach. 3AM marks the moment when those who came for entertainment begin to leave, and the ones who came for the music choose to stay. 3AM is the time when I can let myself go and play whatever I feel like.

This set was recorded on Wednesday, September 13, 2023. I was playing from 3 AM to 6 AM, closing the event. I had a lot of fun, starting with some older melodic and progressive tunes, transitioning into Indie Dance, Minimal Techno, and even some Tech House towards the end. What an exhilarating journey!

Welcome back. We are happy to introduce our next artist Alicia Hahn. Alicia is part of the DURCH UND DANN LINKS Kollektiv in Frankfurt. She is a very talented up and coming DJane in Frankfurt who already proofed to be made for the stage at our Electronic Brunch in March. Other than that she played at Fridas Pier (Stuttgart), Toast Hawaii (Berlin) and Raver Renes Raver Ranch (Weimar). 
Deep, progressive and melodic sounds are the building blocks in her musical arsenal. However for this mix she giftet us with breakbeats embedded in deep ambient sounds. Very nice stuff. Thank your for that! Enjoy the Ride with Alicia Hahn.
