Bio – DJ Azgroove

Depuis son enfance, la musique accompagne chaque étape du parcours de DJ Azgroove. C’est son oncle Azzedine qui lui fait découvrir, très tôt, les disques qui marqueront profondément sa culture : jazzfunk, soul, funk, grooves américains et brésiliens. Ces influences fondatrices forgent son oreille et son goût pour les sonorités chaudes, organiques et élégantes.

Avec les années, il développe une passion pour le mix, la transmission et la mise en valeur de ces musiques. Installé derrière ses platines, il crée un pont naturel entre jazz-funk, acid jazz, soul, funk et Brazil, en mêlant classiques, pépites méconnues et trouvailles vinyles.

Depuis près de quarante ans, il partage cette passion sur les ondes à travers son émission American Night, diffusée chaque vendredi soir de 21h à 23h sur Canal Funk. Il y invite régulièrement des DJs et passionnés, valorisant leurs sélections et leur univers. Son objectif : offrir un véritable voyage musical, toujours guidé par l’amour du groove et des musiques qui racontent une histoire.

Actif sur scène comme en radio, DJ Azgroove continue de défendre les sons qui l’ont façonné et qui continuent d’inspirer toute une génération d’auditeurs et de mélomanes. Bio – DJ Azgroove

From childhood, music has been a constant companion throughout DJ Azgroove's life. His uncle Azzedine introduced him early on to the records that would profoundly shape his musical tastes: jazz, soul, funk, and American and Brazilian grooves. These formative influences forged his ear and his appreciation for warm, organic, and elegant sounds.

Over the years, he developed a passion for mixing, sharing, and showcasing these musical genres. Behind his turntables, he creates a natural bridge between jazz-funk, acid jazz, soul, funk, and Brazilian music, blending classics, hidden gems, and vinyl finds.

For nearly forty years, he has shared this passion on the airwaves through his show, American Night, broadcast every Friday evening from 9 pm to 11 pm on Canal Funk. He regularly invites DJs and music enthusiasts, highlighting their selections and their unique styles. His goal: to offer a true musical journey, always guided by a love of groove and music that tells a story.

Active on stage and on the radio, DJ Azgroove continues to champion the sounds that shaped him and that continue to inspire a whole generation of listeners and music lovers.

BIOGRAPHIE:

Tactical Groove Orbit fait parti de ces artistes passionné et accompli qui impressionne quelque soit le domaine musical sur lequel il se penche. Funky break, electro swing, balkan beat, hip hop, dubstep, drum n'bass, bassline, musique de film... il a participé à des dizaines de projets musicaux différents allant comme son nom l'indique tourbilloner autour du groove d'un univers musical à l'autre.

Musicien jouant de plusieurs instruments depuis l'enfance, cela fait 10 ans que cet ingénieur son studio et live jongle entre son travail de producteur au quotidien et ses dates de Dj. C'est donc sans surprise que Tactical Groove Orbit est signé sur plusieurs labels électro internationaux tels que Kick It Recordings (USA), Broken Records (UK)... et que certaines de ses productions (Back to the Drop, Dragon Hunt, Bleaching It) ont atteint le top 5 des meilleurs ventes numériques en break beat / electro-house et qu'il est régulierement sollicité pour des remixs et des arrangements de titres ou d'albums.

Dj hors pair et producteur de live act, construisant des sets de 2 à 4 platines d'une précison et d'une selection redoutable, il a pu partagé des scènes avec Wax Tailor, Elisa Do Brazil, Mad Professor, Watcha Clan...
Tactical Groove Orbit est également un des membre fondateur du Crew "Shamanik Sound System" organisateur de soirées drum n' bass, electro et des fameuses "Balkan Break"... KABOOM GADJO!

Spaced-out synths, fusion guitar riffs, 80′s electro-funk rhythms … welcome to Amadeo’s universe!
Former graffiti artist, Amadeo grew up around the B-Boys culture, his musical beginnings dating back to the early 2000′s, when he was creating boom-bap hip-hop instrumentals.
Quickly infected by the funk virus, he started digging in the crates and collecting records, and kept on developing his passion for musical creation – he had fallen victim to the incurable disease of music addiction.
Piece by piece, he started to create his own home studio, where vintage synths and keyboards are piling up. He has constantly been making music since 2008, always on the look-out for new sounds.
Influenced by psychedelic funk (G. Clinton, M. Starr, Prince Charles), Bar-Kays-esque warm synths, and crazy Hip-Hop grooves ( R. Cason, J. Davis, J. Atkins ) as well as exploitation movies, graffiti and comic books, each of his tracks develops atmospheres that are equally funky and atypical … Are you ready for the experience?
