ボストン出身の天才アーティストSami Elu。
彼が行き着いた先はクラシックでもジャズでもロックでもない、まったく新しくそしてオリジナルな世界だった。自作の楽器「割り箸ピアノ」から奏でられる音色は優雅でもあり、土着的でもあり・・・。そのメロディは斬新でもあり、エモーショナルでもあり、そして何処か懐かしくもある。
琴に似たテーブルトップ式のピアノを両手で弾きながら、足元では廃材のドラムキットでリズムを奏でる。
「和」の心を持ち合わせた流浪の音職人が、自然と調和した唯一無二の音色を響かせる。

phuture: Mind going over your goals for the next couple years? Where do you want to be and what do you want to be doing?

 CLIN: I definitely want to grow the CLIN brand a lot more, and stay true to my sound, which is trying new things in general. It sucks to see artists that I'm a huge fan of start to make cookie cutter music that has nothing more to offer than the previous song.

phuture: What's something 'special' about you that we wouldn't know by hearing your music?

PeriKardium : I want to be a doctor! Specifically an addictions or adolescent psychiatrist.

I have a passion for learning and engaging in mental health, it's something that really began in my later years in university after self-reflection on my own experiences, and as I began seriously understand and develop more as a producer.

This is also probably a reason why I engage in music; it was, and has been, an outlet for my to explore and understand my thoughts and ideas. I think a creative endeavor and activity is something that very beneficial as a practice for mental health.

Phuture: What made the name “Glimmer” feel right for the track? Any particular reason you decided to go with that title?

92elm: I was going through a strange transitional period at the time, and writing music was really providing me with my main source of positivity. “Glimmer” felt right because the song evoked a sense of joy in me, when other things in my life weren’t necessarily doing that.
