Title may be misleading since this is actually SPC700 (snes), but I've only used simple waves and sounds and limited myself to 4 channels just like the NES, so it still counts :P This was made for a SMW music contest as a round challenge (which was to make faithful 8-bit recreation of non 8-bit song).
