Hip hop, rap, producer, performer, songwriter from Duncan on Vancouver Island in Canada.
Ryan Parker aka Knovel began his music career in 1999 with the group Island Childsmen. The IC formed a super group with the 49th Parallel as Authorized Personnel and together they released a few albums, hosted monthly b-boy & emcee battles around Vancouver island. The group Authorized Personnel performed their last show together in 2010. Since then Ryan has leased 4 solo albums since 2017. He has 2 more albums coming in 2022 and just began another exciting venture with 2 other rap veteran emcees Wes Paul and Kavawon forming a group called Big Karma. BK just released their debut music video in December 2021 and are set to release 3 EP's in 2022.
Ryan is skilled in beat making, managing and engineering the studio sessions and mixing & mastering. iLL Specimen Studio is Ryans home lab where he cooks up the bangers.
