To make you will need:

2lbs house
3lbs breakbeats
3 tbsp dubstep
3oz electro
1 pint soul
2oz b-boy breaks
dash of hip-hop
pinch of funk to season

Blend all the dry ingredients together in the mix. Pour in the soul and add the funk. Beat well. Get it cooking on a slow burner.
Preferably eat while hot, but can be eaten cold for a long time to come.
