Jabu Khumalo, was born in a town of Tlholong Kestell on the 21 June 1994, went to Selbourne primary from Year 2000 to 2003 then pursued his primary school at Retief Hoerskool from 2004 to 2007. Sports being my passion, took a big leap of faith and moved to Bedfordview ,Bishop bavin catholic school. And matriculated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree with two distinctions. Enrolled at the university of Johannesburg to study Human Resources BA degree.

 

Sports is my passion,I played district Rugby in 2007 u/13 , And in 2009 Golden lions provincial B-Team ,Football player of the year from 2007 to 2011 in school,also represented independent schools provincial team. Basketball I started playing in 2008, however represented aisj All star team in 2010 and was Basketball player of the year . Sportsman of the year 2011. 

 

 Representing Rowsa Senior National Rowing Team at the world championships in Rotterdam in the coxed pair in 2016 and went on to Coach and Co Manage the South African Rowing Schools Union in the UK London Tour in 2017.I have completed my Rowsa Coaching Levels, fisa recognised. Also awarded the transformation award at the Rowsa Awards in 2017. I am on the board of SASRU as the transformation Officer till do date. I have coached several schools(Bishop Bavin, Germiston High School, St John's College, St Stitiatians College) and university of Johannesburg from 2013 till 2018.

Rowing South Africa (RowSA) represents 3,000 registered rowers in South Africa including novices, juniors, university students, seniors and masters and people with disabilities.

Purpose: 1)We present you the ultimate list of sports coaching software – online and offline tools to plan & analyze training, manage athletes’ data,  and accelerate communication between coaches, managers & athletes.
We are just starting to remodel our leadership and talent model to include social networks as a key development mechanism. We need more concrete data to make the adjustments to our process but we are in the process of comparing the talent pool results to the sociogram results. We believe that both tools will be important but at this stage, we are in the beginning phases of designing sociograms into our talent process.


Illusions are falling away, and holding on causes suffering. Changing, we confront broken and fearful parts of ourselves, release the ways in which we limit and control our world and awaken to the realm of infinite possibility. 

Lessons 
The lesson is to experiment in unconventional spaces with new tools and to re-assess and ask what it means for the conventional tools you are using. Another lesson is to sometimes let new ideas percolate and see where they lead you.

Rowing is a sport held on the surface of the water, where athletes propel a boat using oars. Rowing as a sport was developed in 18th century London. There were races between professional watermen on the river Thames.

Rowing may be held indoors, like on artificial lakes; or outdoors on rivers, canals, and oceans. The members of each team vary on the boat class, there’s the one for individuals, such as the single scull, and ones for eight athletes called coxed eight.

Rowing has two forms, sweep in which each rower has one oar held with two hands; and skulling in which each rower has to oars, there’s one in each hand. The boats used are racing boats, which are also called shells.
