after mixing, i listened through focusing on my breathing and the repetitiveness, and i felt an energy activation in my crown and heart chakra. i been so conflicted internally lately and i feel that an incessant jumble of affirming phrases and sounds that have both positive and negative connotations, but merge with each other creating a homogeneous, healthy, and balanced vibration, is the medicine my erratic mind needed.
