'Til The End

The following songs are from a collection of lyrics written over a ten-year period which explores the transient nature of friendship and family.  

Events in my life created tension, a sense of loss and new beginnings.  I used lyric writing to deal with these emotions.
 
I have always written lyrics but never had the time to put them to music.  In 2021 at the age of 55 I retired with the intention of living a more creative life.  I started learning to play the piano and exploring song composition.  
 
I am a lyricist not an artist.  I have enjoyed creating these compositions and enjoy listening to them.  

The lyrics and song structure are created by myself.  I used ai software in a similar way to a piano to explore melodic and harmonic combinations and then produce demos.  In essence making something that seemed impossible a reality.
