The first has the melody focused on the woodwinds (mainly the flutes);
The second the focus is on the french horn and cello;
The third, violins;
And the fourth, the organ.

There are several other instruments mostly giving support to the harmony, like trombones, tuba, trumpets, bassoon, clarinet, double bass, viola, harp... And I added the timpani to make a calm and solemn percussion.
