Serial is a new podcast from the creators of This American Life, hosted by Sarah Koenig. Serial will follow one story - a true story - over the course of a whole season. We'll follow the plot and characters wherever they take us and we won’t know what happens at the end of the story until we get there, not long before you get there with us. Each week we'll bring you the latest chapter, so it's important to listen in order, starting with Episode 1.

Composing music is like creating shapes. By changing the view, one influences how we perceive things.

Through colorful melodies and powerful words, Gøril Nilsen tells stories about how a young heart sees our world. With inspiration from white snowy hills in the north and grey cityscapes in the south Lillyum’s music carries a Norwegian stamp with hints of a life in Liverpool. Musically Lillyum can be likened with artists such as Susanne Sundfør and Hozier combining Scandinavian folk and electronic pop. 

During 2014 Lillyum has played numerous festivals and concerts both in Norway and England, including Aronnesrocken, Sørøyrocken, Blabla Festival and First Look Festival. During Summer 2015 Lillyum will be travelling the length of Norway on her "Sommer i Hjertet" tour together with the Norwegian artist Ingrid Frosland. Lillyum has recently released a live session of the song "Home" and in June 2015 Lillyum will release her first single and music video.
