  Branding himself, the CAROL CITY GOLDEN KID, Stage McKlezie can be described as a professional with a quenchless thirst to create and share his artistry in the “Music Industry”. 
  
  The former STAGE MCCLOUD of the popular recording group, ICONZ, has made his mark in the music industry by writing, producing, and gracing stages in many cities with countless performances. Unfortunately as STAGE MCCLOUD, he became fed up with the politics of the industry and briefly retired from "the game" only to succumb to his former passion “music”. Later, with a new and insatiable desire, the former ICONZ member adopted a new moniker, STAGE MCKLEZIE. Stage McKlezie says, his comeback was for him to relinquish the past and create the rebirth of himself no longer STAGE MCCLOUD, but reborn as (STAGE MCKLEZIE)... back with a new attitude and zest for life.  
  
   Stage McKlezie is now CEO of GRIND MODE ENT, as well as one part member of the Miami based group GRIND MODE which includes: Lyrical Word Smith HUNGER,  and Chaos former Hype Man to BISHOP.  The group has enjoyed national success with their hit record I'M SO HIGH/SHE SO FLY, which led to their short-lived 2007 distribution deal with Universal Republic. The group never felt defeated by this minor setback, and has not let it falter and outweigh their goals and dreams; which gave them their motivational drive and keeps them grinding to date.
  
   Presently still active with the group, Stage McKlezie has done & continues to do countless features for other artists, creditable writing, and producing. In April 2009, McKlezie showcased some of his unique individuality when he released his single GET IT GET IT ft. HUNGER of GRIND MODE. McKlezie has followed up by releasing & debuting his first solo mixtape project “Follow The Leader”, one in a series of mixtapes soon to follow.
  
   Stage McKlezie is a Creator, Innovator & Motivator. A Creator of musical masterpieces that offer versatility & originality.  An Innovator of such smooth, melodic flows infused into harmonious sounds that will now and forever change the hip hop & music game. Born in Houston, TX (raised in Missouri City, TX), Ken Randle is considered one of the cities 'silent assassins' on the music scene. The 29 year old singer-songwriter, known for his sultry vocals and mysterious persona, grew up singing and playing the drums in church. Ken Randle began to seriously pursue a music career in 2009, while curating a street team for another local artist. He would soon release two records of his own, "Overdose" and "Gold", garnering the attention of the local music scene. He would then feature on fellow Houston native, Kirko Bangz's "Progression III" and "Progression V: Young Texas Playa" mixtape series, where he would gain nationwide exposure and recognition for his soft, raspy, vocals, and high notes. In 2013, Ken Randle teamed up with Grammy nominated producer-songwriter Drathoven, for the release of his hit single "Sex In A Slab". At a time where the fourth largest city in the U.S. was dominated by its rap culture, Ken Randle gained the eyes and ears of local radio stations, labels, and record execs, by combining it's "chopped and screwed" popular sound with harmonies and high notes. Ken Randle would go on to sign to popular Houston music mogul and A&R, Jas Prince's Young Empire Music Group in 2014, and release "Sex In A Slab EP" with features such as: Wale, Slim Thug, Kirko Bangz, and more, under the label. After taking a hiatus to continue his education, obtaining degrees from Texas Southern University (BA) and Lamar University (MBA), Ken Randle is in production stages and gearing up for his return.
