So excited to relese 'Energies' the first single of my album 'Shadow Work'. The name shadow work is evoked from the Swiss Psychiatrists Carl Jungs theories. As humans we show gifts in one area of life whilst remaining unaware of our own bad behaviours ie 'oppressing our shadows'. 
To explore our shadows forms a rewarding yet challenging process, and can lead to greater creativity, energy, authenticity and personal awakening - whats not to love!

I choose the name as all my creativity and lyrical downloads stem from my own shadow and the differing chapters, scenes and headspaces i have succumbed to. And also social norms that i have witnessed, to which i am reffering to as cultural shadows.
The album is a mix of spoken word poetry, story and song all backed by well produced tunes to unlock your imaginations and get you stepping up and into your soul.
