Dr. Oscar John Ma is a highly educated individual who has always been interested in helping others. After obtaining his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, he spent a year studying abroad in Lancaster, England. He then pursued his M.D. from the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C.
