We're also geeking out over Beyoncé bringing a Ballroom "Renaissance" to the mainstream, highlighting creators of the genre who frequent Black, Brown and LGBTQ+ spaces!

For a while, I had no idea what to do for the sample project. All of the snippets I wanted to use were either the wrong key or the wrong tempo. But, after finding a more subtle clip from Taylor Swift's "imgonnagetyouback," I found a way to make everything work together.

I included this track because I felt it was the first project that moved me out of my comfort zone on Soundtrap. I wound up using loops that didn't seem to fit together at first and I like the end product.

i used a bunch of samples from different songs, & made my own kick. i wen for a more house/phonk style on this song.

I spent a while struggling to write lyrics for this project, but after spiraling a little bit at 3am I wound up rewriting the song "That Funny Feeling" by Bo Burnham with lyrics that fit my theme(s). I'm no vocalist but I do like what I wrote, so I felt I should include it.

I had fun with this project, however it was difficult because of the bass and piano, the keys were somewhat off and it gave slight unbalancing.........>SOLD
