"In 2018 in Bogotá, producer Halb Maschine and artist Ela Vann joined forces to bring Dot Drama to life. After several years of collaboration, they present their EP "Surcos" on Pildoras Tapes. Schicksal is the alias of Rudi Huybrechts from Belgium. Heavily inspired by Front 242 first album “Geography”, DAF’s elektronische körpermusik “Alles Ist Gut” and of course Kraftwerk’s “Man Machine” and “Computer World”, Rudi bought his first Roland SH-101 synthesizer and started in 1982 with Schicksal to experiment with synths and drum computers. He spent lot of hours programming and composing on his bedroom and recording everything on a tape recorder. A selection of these old tracks are included on this album. You can definitely feel the vibe of this period and the place where the songs were created: the old industrial town of Hoboken, the culmination of the cold war and the aim of a young musician to combine melody and harmony into minimal electronic music.

MM PREMIERES are meant to transcend the ordinary and immerse themselves in the sacred realm of music, beholding the unseen and embracing the new melodic tapestry even before it unveils itself to the world.

Dalmata Daniel is excited to introduce the eighth installment of their split series, featuring Filmmaker and Petros Spatharos. In this edition, they present a unique 3-3 track vinyl, marking the debut of the talented Colombian music maker on the label. For Athens-based producer Petros Spatharos, it's a welcome return after his previous contribution to the "Dalmata Daniel eats Lahmacun" compilation. Notably, this collaboration isn't their first, as Petros released his inaugural album on Body Musick, Filmmaker's very own imprint.

On the flip side of this release, Petros Spatharos continues to embrace obscurity, a common thread that ties his music to that of his split partner. However, his sound is characterized by its cleanliness and a distinct lack of chaos. Instead, it embodies an underground techno vibe with a highly controlled tempo and eerie acid undertones that seem to echo from beyond the grave. This journey into the inferno is laden with dark emotional atmospheres and hypnotic textures, culminating in a track premiere titled "Maneuver To Infinity," which showcases Petros's signature style.

For the 3rd physical release of Rababoo Records, the Fribourg music-based label (curated by OneFootStep & Oase) is thrilled to welcome Mati Traxx (straight from Geneva, originally from Grolley) for his album debut on tape! He presents us with a full electronic dub series in celebration of the rhythms of the pastures. The album starts with an introduction to an old mountain tradition with cows. Then it continues and brings you on to the foggy mornings of the mystical forests of the Intyamon region and ends its journey with cheerful cafés-noirs in la Basse-Ville. Beyond the images, this album is an ode to a region whose name is simply called: Fribourg. So, hop onto Mati Traxx universe bringing his own definition of mystical sounds.
