Hexadecimal emerged from the UK breaks scene with chart-topping releases and remixes featured on compilations by James Zabiela and the Plump DJs. From Gatecrasher, Godskitchen, and Global Gathering to tours across Europe, Russia, the USA, and Australia, he built a global reputation as both DJ and producer — collecting an international DJ award on stage at Fabric, and live broadcasts on BBC Radio 1. After moving to New Zealand, shows at Rhythm & Vines and a residency at Wellington’s iconic Sandwiches nightclub, Hexadecimal went into hibernation.
In 2020, he returned through live streaming on Twitch, building a global community of music lovers with his brand Global Beats Festival. Now in its fifth year, the event is one of the world’s largest and longest-running virtual music festivals. Hex arrives at Unity with fresh energy — expect a set that twists and turns across genres, from breaks and bass music to house, rave, drum & bass, and everything in between. With his third album due in 2025, Hexadecimal emerges once more from the underground to write a new chapter in a journey driven by a passion for breaking boundaries and moving people through music.
