This first EP of Human Rebellion is a nice overview of their universe. An atmosphere globally dark but also sometimes very deep and contrasted, composed of cold and percussive basslines, hypnotic arpeggios, sci-fi textures straight out of their modular and analog synths. As our second release, we present the first solo album by SOD-90 - a well-established artist on highly respected labels, originally from Paris, started producing alongside his studies as a flutist at the renewed university of classical music from Berlin.

Combining his knowledge from a wide range of musical backgrounds with his experience as a professional instrumentalist, he crafted an intense sound, characterized by noisy textures, scorching synth lines, with distorted drums and twisted vocals. All this added to complex and dynamic arrangements. He intends to continue exploring creative approaches to production, aiming to evolve his style towards an increasingly powerful and unconventional aesthetic.

Fueled by the raw energy of analog machines, "Teeth Against Metal" is an outlet through distortion, with a fearless punk take on the electro sound.
It's the raucous sound of your teeth grinding under the pressure of what cannot be expressed with words.

We gather that dark times lay ahead of us, the unpredictable trajectory of this outbreak is out of our hands as we enter a period of real uncertainty. For our music industry we hold so dear, our musicians, clubs and festivals, the agents, promoters and dancers, and all others involved in making our industry what it is today, this has far-reaching implications for all of us.

Viral Syndicate is a digital compilation series formed by ourselves to help support artists financially during the Coronavirus outbreak. All proceeds will directly fund artists involved with the release, or towards a charity of their choice if the artist prefers. We hope to deliver these compilations on a regular basis to help fund artists as much as possible. This is our way of helping our scene stay afloat during this difficult time.
