After dropping no less than three compilations over the Summer months, 3024 shifts its focus back to releasing genre-defying EP's, this time by one of the brightest talents on the bass spectrum: Otik. 

The prolific Londoner brings us four excellent mood excursions ranging from the euphoric to the straight up nasty. Title track "Soulo" is the soundtrack for a post-covid world with its contemporary approach to m25 cornfield rave euphoria, while "Paradise Mode" reinterprets the deeper 90s Headz vibes of luminaries such as Lemon D and J Majik. "Lightyear Dub" is the penultimate 3024 track, with its sci-fi atmospheres and propelling beats and basslines, and will surely be a staple in many DJ sets. As the closer to this EP, "Garuna" is a rough, moody beast of a tune inhabiting that exciting 100-110 territory.

● Machine Cult, the Amsterdam-based electronic music platform hosted by Déandrah and Garçon Taupe, returns with the release party for Edition Three at OT301 (Amsterdam) on the 29th of November.

Machine Cult’s upcoming edition will feature yet again a V.A. compilation with tracks by Garçon Taupe (featuring Hunter Complex), Acidic Male, Loradeniz, Déandrah, and Son of Sesh. At the release party, each artist will perform a DJ set, except Déandrah, who will be creating live visuals throughout the night. Note that while Hunter Complex won’t be playing, Vergaarbak will be stepping in for a special b2b set with Garçon Taupe.

Expect a night of powerful electronic music and immersive visuals, celebrating the cutting edge of underground sounds.
