Projekat je nastao krajem 2011. godine u Sarajevu, a osnovna namjera članova grupe, kako to sami vole reći, je bila da kao što neki idu na termine da igraju fudbal, tenis ili neki drugi sport, oni idu na termine da sviraju. Otprilike tako izgleda i živi nastup ove skupine.

Sarajevo based duo Sijah & Kolenda are best defined as djs with smooth transitions between house and techno oriented electronic music. 
Sijah also produces electronic music and he is a guitar player in instrumental band InTheRoom from Sarajevo and KZU ole ole & PZU oje oje, soft-punk band from Travnik. His music has been released on the first Bosnian net label Oscilator and the already well established Submarine Vibes from Sarajevo.
For over a decade Sijah & Kolenda have performed across the Europ and USA.
