Born and raised in the NYC area, I started out as a Dj at the age of 14, when I saw some Gemini turntables in the garbage that didn't work. When I brought them home and my grandfather helped me take them apart to discover they needed belts, we replaced belts and got them working again, after getting a free mixer from a family friend .
