Born and raised in Lebanon, RooneyNasr is a 20 year old DJ and Producer, who brings a fresh, obscure and groovy proposal to the national and international scene. Being an active act in his home country, Rooney is no stranger to Beirut's electronic music scene, having played at multiple clubs and parties, receiving attention and support from worldwide labels.

The Darkness EP is composed of 1 original and 2 remixes, by Karim Alkhayat, an amazing producer from Dubai, released in some of the biggest labels in the world, and Unlighted, a rising star from Argentina, who has already released in many great labels as well. Both artists gave their special touch to this EP, making it a real bomb. Enjoy.

Driving melancholic vibes that simultaneously uplift the emotions define this 2 track single coming out of Australia by Mike Turing and veteran producer Barbuto. Zolt is a hot bed of driving low end percussion and bass that lays the foundation for screaming leads and an anticipated vocal that builds to a memorable drop that will garner the attention of anyone on the dance floor. The flipside Take Me Down while similar has a rouge and cheeky Trent Reznor’esque vibe with on the edge bass synth work. Mike Turing is a world class University Professor in Sydney with equal lateral skills in the studio. Barbuto after 26 years in North America has returned to Australia and after working with Mike Turing on his Mavic Music label for several years have rightfully collaborated on this project to create the two undeniable dance weapons for Gain Recordings. The title track Zolt has been tastefully remixed for alternate and appropriate uses by techno meastros Giulia and Luis Miranda.
