Media Violence was an Industrial Rock band formed in 2000 by frontman Patrick D. McCormick. The project experienced popularity in the VA/NC gothic industrial scene between 2000 and 2009 along with projects such as In Tenebris and hERETICS iN tHE lAB. Media Violence recorded 8 albums before disbanding in 2009 as McCormick began recording under Industrial Electronic/EBM project Aggressive Attack in 2009. In 2011, McCormick began Media Violence Inc, a record label distributing Media Violence, Aggressive Attack, and other related projects. 

  I am a musician who writes and records all his own work. I currently have 4 projects spanning varying genres.
  Skinny Floyd is an electronic project with strong rock, jazz, tribal and classical influence aimed to be reminiscent of video game music.
  Syphon Angel is a Jazz/Metal fusion project that draws on elements expanding from punk to progressive.
  Skrat is  an Industrial project that throws back to the sounds of the late 70's to the early 80's. Containing abrasive sounds and psychological noise Skrat is not recommended for the listener who demands like "quality" and "structure".
  The Vicious 20 is 8 bit madness made with Vic-20 programming.
