Doing my best to keep those poisons out baby! So it is the Good Ghost that's been in there and with me trying to protect me! Good to know it wants that Temple protected and that it cares for my spiritual wellbeing too! That spiritual Temple right along with that physical one really matters! And well caring about those two together fighting for their virtues, makes that one really really really Sexy Ghost!

God that Sexy Ghost knows this heart so well! So well its Kind-Scary but in a good way! Ghost is lighting bWho knew this Ghost both lights fires but also has the tools to settle them down. We don't want them out completely! Life on earth wouldn't exist with no fires at all! Lets keep that fire in the right place for it though! Really disappointed by AWs opinion in this episode. I have studied psychedelics for months and tried them. This damages his whole credibility for me. I doubt, that this information is from his spirit, because me and other people got a different message from our spirit guides.

So many people are uncomfortable, struggling and even suffering from swelling, fluid retention and bloating but not everyone’s swelling, bloating, and fluid retention is the same. Everyone is also experiencing something additional happening within the body that is causing a thickening of tissue, organs, and joints that has very little to do with aging. This is when someone changes as the years go by, everything including their head starts to widen, expand and internal organs start to thicken and swell. This metamorphoses happens regardless of gaining extra pounds because of additional fat on the body.

Lymphatic drainage is becoming very popular as more and more people including younger people are trying to manage their own swelling problems. But what isn’t known is that it becomes a vicious cycle that never ends because the true core issues and problems creating the swelling, bloating and fluid retention are not being fixed, so constant management therapies such as lymphatic drainage and massage have to be on a regular basis in order to manage and regulate the swelling, but yet the real problems are never solved. This drives people into getting lymphatic drainage for relief and  to get manual squeezing to move around fluid and toxins but requires constant body servicing, every week for some people, every day for others or once every two weeks for another.

As the lymphatic system and body is being squeezed, most of the toxins end up recirculating right back into a toxic liver, one of the original sources of the swelling problem to begin and since the liver isn’t being properly addressed, the toxins end right back up into the lymphatic system causing the same swelling that leads the person right back at their lymphatic drainage therapists office for another round of squeezing.

039 Microdosing & Psychedelics: What Goes Wrong

When anyone says a bad thing about excessive drinking, it’s often related to hurting the liver. That, or it’s related to some form of abuse or irresponsibility, or someone just gets handed to them the infamous phrase “you are an alcoholic,” or, “you need to do something about it. Get your life back on track.” 

What people don’t hear is that when we consume alcohol, the alcohol begins killing our brain, starving the brain to death.

Our brain requires glucose, sugar, in order to function, and most people’s brains are already borderline glucose deficient from poor diets, unproductive trendy diets and lifestyles and toxic exposures, along with high stress that drains the brain of precious glucose reserves. 

When we drink, alcohol enters our bloodstream and something dastardly happens to our brain: it gets tricked. Our brain sees alcohol as sugar, as glucose, but yet alcohol is not sugar or glucose—it’s the ghost of sugar, it’s what sugar once was. Only the essence of sugar is left, the phantom sugar, but yet our brain absorbs the alcohol as if it’s pure sugar, pure glucose. That’s when symptoms occur that aren’t from the effects of the alcohol, but instead from the effects of the brain starting to starve as it’s feeding off of the alcohol, as if it was real sugar and real glucose, but isn’t.

As the brain is taking in the alcohol, it loses strength and starts to weaken fast, causing slurred speech. As someone is getting intoxicated from drinking and they are getting tipsy and loosening up (which is not a result of how toxic the alcohol is, but a result of how fast the brain goes downhill when being starved from sugar), alcohol overrides the brain’s ability to choose wisely on other sugar sources, especially if those sugar sources have already been utilized. If the bloodstream is void of any easily accessible glucose, our brain becomes even more susceptible to alcohol, and instead what’s left is the alcohol in the bloodstream while we are drinking.

The problem is the alcohol is not real sugar anymore, it’s the ghost of sugar. It’s not what our brain needs to survive—it does the opposite: it starts to kill our brain. Without sugar, our brain dies. The more alcohol we drink, the more brain starvation symptoms occur. Too much alcohol can lead to eventually a combination of the brain starving to death and alcohol poisoning. But these are two very different occurrences, and the combination can make someone’s drinking condition so much worse.

Food belief systems run deep—they can be passed down from generation to generation. For some families, it can be hundreds of years and the food choices, food habits, food methods, food growing, food making is an entire food culture that becomes the fabric of the family foundation for lifetimes.
