it's getting cold over here

“Contemplate at night” is the first song that I uses just two chords: Dm and C. It was not my intention at first. At some parts, I wanted to add other chords but when I tried using chords such as F or G, it destroyed the atmosphere that I imagined, that I wanted to treasure. Therefore, I removed F, G and other chords, just kept Dm and C, Dm and C. The whole song is just Dm, C, and their variations; so you can consider this music piece as a conversation between Dm and C, between sadness and joy. I didn’t imagined that I could use just only two chords to complete a song. 

“Contemplate at night” is also the first song I record through MIDI USB cable. I did record it with AUX cable but couldn’t remove the little noise (maybe noise from the laptop’s fan) completely; therefore, I don’t publish that version. Therefore, I tried to learn to record song through MIDI USB, then edit the MIDI file with FL Studio for the first time to have the sound quality as high as possible, as natural as possible, as beautiful as possible for “Contemplate at night”. So many first times for this music piece, I don’t want to ramble anymore. I will stop here.
