For me, it's definitely my favourite piece of music I've made in the last couple of years. It's one of those tracks were everything just effortlessly falls into place. The summer touring has already been well on its way, having a lot of fun playing all over the place. I had some of the craziest experiences in the last few weeks, with shows and new places to explore, quite a few new releases and trying to squeeze in some studio time. However, leaving less time relax the mind and body, making this months episode a little harder to get right. Which, to be honest, was bound to happen at some point, after making these episodes for almost 7 years in a row! Nevertheless, I'm still happy with the result! Also, this episode does include the 8th and final track of the release extravaganza that has been taking place over the last 6 months, coming out next week. I hope you enjoy <3

Distant Episode 83 / June 2024

The last few weeks have been an absolute dream. Summer is hard work, but also the most beautiful time of the year. So far, I got to tour the world, playing the magical Tomorrowland and cap it all off with 10 hours of pure bliss at Thuishaven! I want to thank you all for the amazing support and making this dream come reality. Now a quick rest and then back into the studio to finish some new music and prepare for the next few shows. For now, enjoy this months episode and I hope to see you again soon <3

Distant Episode 85 / August 2024

It has been a strange couple of weeks. This months started out great! Had some time off, recharged and was super motivated to get into the studio and finally work on some music again! But, for some unexplainable reason, it all kinda got lost. I simply couldn't get into it and slowly, naturally, started questioning all my life choices. It's nothing new and I've had this many times before! It's just a part of the job and a part of life. Nothing wrong with that. A wave we have to ride out. 

This new episode kinda represents this month. Different to other episodes, this one doesn't build from beginning till the end, but has more of a "V" shaped energy curve, representing my experience of the month. I hope you enjoy <3
