IsaacO is a Birmingham-based artist originally of Nigerian Descent, who is not averse to a mix of two different worlds. Combining his early Nigerian upbringing with his later English experience taking inspiration from the likes of Bon Iver and Coldplay, he creates chilled, soothing music for the easy listener capturing a plethora of emotions encompassing the human experience.

His debut release “Sea of Sound” released in September 2018 has been streamed over 450,000 times on Spotify alone featuring on editorial (One Week One Playlist) and personalised algorithmic playlists, Discover Weekly and Release Radar as well as over 6,000 other playlists. It was handpicked by Starbucks for their official playlist 'Coffeehouse'. The release also caught the attention of Spotify and culminated in a personal invite to Spotify UK HQ, London. His sophomore single "Skin On My Bones" released in February 2020 was added to official Spotify editorial playlist Easy and piqued the interest of various A&Rs of publishers and labels including Nettwerk Music, Saulty Dog Management and The Other Songs.

He has previously collaborated with Satin Jackets on their Gold-certified debut album Panorama Pacifico, with the song 'Keep Moving On' amassing over 700,000 plays to date. He has supported multiple national touring acts Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Augustana, Billy Lockett, Joe Fox, Luke Concannon (of Nizlopi fame) among others. He has received continual support from BBC Introducing West Midlands and was also chosen as a winner of Rising Sounds 2017 at Roundhouse, London.

At just 19 years old, Jack has made a promising start to his music career, with new material making its debut on iTunes, Spotify and SoundCloud, and fast gaining momentum as a captivating live artist.

Previously holding a weekly residency at the Zed Music Café in Sevenoaks and having played in bars for long before he was legally meant to be there, he is no stranger to an audience.

Jack has mentors in Tom Williams (of Tom Williams & the Boat; featured regularly on BBC Radio 1 with Cerys Matthews and Huey Morgan) and Dan Clews (signed to George Martin’s record label, producer of the Beatles) and his influences can be heard in the lush poetic demos now making their way out into the world.

Having established himself of the local music scene, performing at a number of renowned Kent, Sussex and London venues including the Tunbridge Wells Forum, the PizzaExpress Music Room in Maidstone and the Troubadour in Earls Court, he plans to release his debut EP in the near future. Early days but one to watch out for!

Hi! I am a singer-songwriter based on the outskirts of London. I've been playing and singing for as long as I can remember and I began composing my own songs from a young age. I love to record covers just as much as my own material. 

I believe that music says what words can't (cliché I know) but it definitely has for me! And my one goal is for my music to do the same for others.
