Audionik is a well-known name in the Latin America music scene. After ten years of promoting music they firmly believe in, the Audionik team is taking the next step by launching a vinyl-only label of the same name.

The first release, titled Voodoo Dub, comes from Romanian artist Duphone and features remixes from Egal 3 and Jack Wickham.

Trommel has the premiere of the 'Reconstruction edit' by Egal 3 aka Vid. The talented Romanian keeps the mystical feel of the original, with dark undertones alongside snappy percussion. With early support from Raresh and tINI, this is a track you'll no doubt be hearing under the roofs of the tents at Sunwaves in the near future.

Premiere: A2 - Dubphone - Voodoo Dub (Egal 3 Reconstruction) [AKLTD001]

Yet again the enigmatic Atlanta-based label Mithra Records makes their second release with "Spiritual Breath" EP courtesy of their very own Isai (aka Angel Jack) who was already part of the first reference. The A-side features two original compositions from Isai taking us into a sultry smooth outer orbit, whilst the flip features remixes from Gab JR and Tom Ellis. Classic 4/4 house 909 meets colorful stabs and deep melodic atmospheres making the listener feel compelled to move and wonder to a nostalgic bliss.

Dariel, known as Soul Shift, is a Deep House DJ and producer based in Mexico City and a native of Acapulco. Co-Owner of the Talisman label, where he performs as A&R and PR.

His work has led him to release music with labels such as Whoyostro, Candy Flip and KOMA. Hitting the chards hard he now is establishing himself as one of the new talents of House in Mexico.

He performed with artists such as Magdalena, Andruss, Andre VII, Mendrix, Saeed Younuan and many others. His favourite places to play are Puerto Escondido, Puerto Vallarta, Cholula and Mexico City. His set for UNMUTE is a mix of straight bangers containing a lot of own productions, tune in!

Leo von HS12 lernte ich bereits vor über 15 Jahren im Aargau über meinen damaligen Freund kennen. Wir verloren uns aus den Augen bis wir uns viele Jahre später wieder in der Zürcher Musikszene begegnet sind. Auch in Biel  kreuzten sich unsere Wege wieder bei einem Booking: wir spielten an der gleichen Party und hatten unseren Spass zusammen.  Wenig später bekam ich mein erstes Booking bei HS12 in der Amboss Rampe und bespielte den Abend b2b mit She Nionika. Daraufhin folgte ein weiteres Booking im Klub Vieri. Mittlerweile kenne ich alle vier Crew-Mitglieder und man trifft sich immer wieder im Nachtleben.

English:

I met Leo from HS12 over 15 years ago in Aargau through my boyfriend at that time. We lost sight of each other until we met again many years later in the Zurich music scene. In Biel, too, our paths crossed again at a booking: we played at the same party and had fun together. A little later I got my first booking at HS12 at the Amboss Rampe and played the evening b2b with She Nionika. This was followed by another booking at Klub Vieri. Meanwhile I know all four crew members and they meet once in a whilte in the nightlife.
