"Samuel Wesley Walker is an American singer/songwriter and acoustic guitarist from Little Rock, Arkansas. He took his first guitar lesson when he was fourteen years old, and over the following few years, Sam Walker developed a strong sense of his own unique style and direction.
 His music can be characterized by engaging, euphonious vocals and intimate, believable lyrics. He has played countless shows at coffee shops, bars, and other venues around Arkansas (as well as some in Tennessee), both alone and alongside musicians from a variety of backgrounds and genres.
 Some of Sam Walker's strongest musical influences include Sufjan Stevens, Iron & Wine and The Civil Wars. Sam Walker's first album, Haunted By Dreams, was released in 2007, his junior year of high school.
 He is currently working on a new album, due for release at the end of 2012."
