This track of Dragonfly's mastermind Pogo is part of the second disc, the Denouement chapter, and its (as its name might already suggest) simply an amazing piece of sonic art - we feel truly honored to having such a psychedelic wizard on board this project!

 Trancendance will be released through BMSS Records in January of 2014 in CD format and digitally via Beatport and Bandcamp.

I want to dedicate this album to my parents for inspiring me and pushing me to be the best version of myself. Also the education i had growing up which has ultimately shaped my musical taste.

I also want to thank Gabriel (Scionaugh)for talking me into writing an album and also being a musically inspiring dear friend whom has the only collaborative song on the album. Additionally, thank you to Julien for pursuing our passion and dreams as artists (Perspective) for most our production years. I am ever so thankful to have kickstarted it with you. To all my friends and family, you all inspire me day to day and give me the energy and the love that helps me vibe out and manifest these songs.

Lastly, this album has been inspired by my passion for psychology and my strong value in mindfulness and meditation as well as accapetance by going with the flow. The energies throughout also represents my core belief of balance in all things. For me the album is a culimnation of abstract musical art that is a representation of all the emotions i experienced throughout the past two years. Ultimately, it is an expression of my personality captured in sound.

Lastly, this musical journey has been heavily inspired by the genres of Deep House and PsyTrance. These genres have completely shaped my musical taste and is often the only energies that i desire to experience. Henceforth, I bring you a new unheard of sound that i like to call Deep-PsyTrance.

“Megapixel is always sending it in her sets, accompanied with an infectious animation of energy through movement. Driving, dark, deep, blissful, cute but not to be taken lightly.’

Megapixel discovered electronic dance music in Western Australia where she was first introduced to psytrance in 2006. She immediately fell in love with the music and culture. She has always had a strong connection to music from a very young age playing the piano, flute and guitar so it was very natural for her to make the progression to DJing and immerse herself in this world. Megapixel played her first set in 2008 quickly becoming a dance floor favourite in Perth. She dedicated many hours developing her skills and started to hold events of her own. In 2011 she wanted to explore this further and made the move to Melbourne where she continued to grow.

Now after 16 years since her debut, Megapixel has established herself as a solid edition to any line up. She has played at some of the biggest dance floors in Australia at Rainbow Serpent Festival, Esoteric Festival, Earthcore Festival, Babylon Festival, Paradigm Festival, Earth Frequency Festival, Elements Festival, Wild Horses Festival, Dragon Dreaming Festival, just to name a few. With hard work and determination driving her forward she also gained popularity over seas playing main stage at Boom Festival in Portugal, Ozora Festival in Hungary, Sunshine Gathering in Japan, Gentenkaiki Festival in Japan, AgeHA in Japan and Dimension Festival in New Zealand.

Megapixel has become one of the most known and recognised Australian DJs in the global psytrance community. Her ability to mix her energetic style with the Japanese middle groove sound didn’t go unnoticed signing to Grasshopper Records in 2017. Preferring to keep her sets versatile she can be heard laying down funky and fun sets for the daytime, or a more serious, groovy and solid sound for the night time setting. With her passion and skill for DJing, she continues to make an impact and you can expect her floor shaking sets to take you on a captivating journey every time.
