A little preview of a song I did for Undertale Yellow, a fanmade prequel to Undertale that tells the story of the game's yellow soul! Remix of "Undertale" for the Inverted Fate AU. Flowey's leitmotif being so prominent partly has to due with context and the fact that Flowey is responsible for the altered timeline. Asriel and Chara DO NOT swap in this AU. However, the way their story is perceived is markedly different. Also, Flowey retains memories of the canon timeline and is a major player in the story.

In Inverted Fate, Frisk is more than just a silent protagonist. They're a full on character with their own personality and struggles. Ergo, it seemed appropriate to give them a theme. If you can guess what track inspired it, you get a virtual plate of Papyrus' patented SCIENTIFIC SPAGHETTI. It may give you laser vision.

Motifs used: Reunited + Stronger monsters, with a bit of Once Upon a Time 'cause narrachara.

Decided I'd do the start theme for my AU. No, Flowey does not swap with anyone. Yes, there are more start variations than in the actual game, as you befriend Blooky, as well as Sans separate from Papyrus, and a certain other monster is also included. ;)

Please READ the AU before accusing it of being an Underswap copy. It is not, and I should think Flowey's theme being so prominent is proof enough, but there's a bigger story to this universe beyond that.

I can't believe I updated this 12 times. Fortunately for your feed, I only uploaded 4 of those 12 edits. I'm really sorry if I'm spaming someone with so many updates, but I can't improve if I don't know what I'm doing wrong. If it wasn't for your coments, I would have stopped in the version 0.3 (http://soundcloud.com/Demirramon/underswap-ruins-3) and it was a complete disaster. I don't think this is the final version because there are many things that still need improvement, but I hope I don't have to update this a million times more because I don't want to bother you with hundreds of versions of the same song. I wasn't even sure if I should upload this one because there aren'y many noticeable changes, even if I spent a lot of time trying to make the instruments more accurate.

But anyways, feedback and comments are very appreciated!

Also, I know that some motifs are in the wrong place, but if I move them it sounds horrible, believe me.

And while the Flower was confused at first, he soon used this to his advantage.

Gasp, it's a drastic overhaul. Crazy, right? I removed the Alphys motifs because, honestly? She has no real ties to the Ruins, and it felt more pertinent to use Asgore/Flowey motifs, to demonstrate Asgore's influence on IF's Ruins as well as Flowey's role as the "friend"/manipulator of Frisk, especially in this early arc.
