With the help of journalist Lana Summers, he destroyed the Stellar Stone and restored a fragile balance in a city consumed by corruption. But peace is only a mirage. Weeks have passed since Death Racer vanished. But some claim to have seen him again, on the old Route 66-R, south of the Dust Vale sector. Something prowls out there. Not a ghost. A man. Or what’s left of one. A black vehicle, caked in ash, cuts through the scorched land in search of a name long forgotten. His own.
He drives alone, in silence, haunted by voices from the past. The victory over Delacroix left a crack in the world, and in himself. He knows it’s not over. New Arcadia wasn’t saved. It was dismantled. And in the void that remains, a new threat is forming.
