Sparki Dee entered the world in 1987 and developed a passion for music at a young age, the emerging rave scene meant it went commercial and many of the groups got into the top 40. The likes of The Prodigy, SL2, Altern 8 were a source of interest and rave music became an obession. By 2000 Sparki was collecting records due in part to a local pirate station Essence FM playing the current dnb, jungle, garage etc of the time along with old skool 90s. Radio became another obsession and by 2002 aged 15 he was yearning for a set of decks which he finally got, his electic mixes fusing old and new meant he was adaptable and over the years earned him sets locally at Escape, The Lido along with sets at 
The Fridge in Brixton for example. By 2004 Sparki got into producing after joining Pie Factory Music a local music studio that helped young people produce, DJ, MC. Sparki produced a drum n bass track on the studios album
'The Zone A Piece Of The Pie' in 2006 earning him his first ever release which started the ball rolling for more on the likes of Kode 5, Azzuro, Allowance, Ravenoyz, Ravestomp, Addiction Records UK, Hardcore Lives and CT12 Recordings. Sparki had national airplay on BBC Radio 1 in 2007 and 2009 via Annie Nightingale, along with 6 Music, BBC Introducing and has featured on many internet, pirate, and community radio stations. 

Sparki's style spans from drum n bass to jungle all the way back to hardcore and not forgetting trance under his second alias 'Ligera Project'. Sparki is adaptable in the rave scene and has also remixed many artists tracks. Currently Sparki runs his own record label CT12 Recordings and releases his own tracks along with artists who don't get noticed, he still plays unsigned and under the radar artists on his radio shows on Pulse FM 88.2 and is praised for his outlook on the underground scenes. Sparki has been doing radio since 2007 starring on the likes of Shadow FM, Charge FM, Nu Rave, Planet Rave, London Pirate Radio, No Fear Radio, Spice,
Happy Nation, Global Dance, Pulse FM 88.2, Dance FM Live.

ABOUT SISTA-MATIC 

Sista is an emerging Brighton UK based DJ & promoter, and can currently be seen playing all over the U.K at underground dance music events, including the legendary Fusion, Dance Conspiracy and Le Rave. 

Although she is a multi genre DJ with a diverse taste in electronic music including Trance & Progressive House, she is mainly known for her distinctive dark to light sounds of Old Skool Rave. Atmospheric Hardcore / Breaks / Amen Jungle & Jungle techno.  

After years as a raver, and an avid vinyl collector & hobby vinylist from the early 90s, with influences such as LTJ Bukem, Ratty and Omni Trio, she began her front line DJ journey at Club Labrynth Radio in 2014. She played at various events with them, such as The Christmas Cracker, Daston Daze & Project Mozie.  Her ability to connect with the crowd and passion for the music was instantly recognized and she quickly went on to play at events such as Fusion Funtopia, Epidemik, Dance Conspiracy, Spectrum & Entrancement. Also gaining residencies with Fusion Hectic, Inner Sanctum and Le Rave.   

Her short but plentiful journey has seen her playing B2B with buddy DJ Brooksie, as well as hyping and connecting with crowds at venues across the UK including Fire & Lightbox & Bar 512 London, The Fire Station Bournemouth, Café Rene Gloucester, The Roadmender Northampton, The Black Cat Club Margate, The Hub Brighton and more.     

Her distinctive choppy/animated mixing style, and ability to take crowds on an epic journey through the light & dark facets of heavy amen breakbeats, rumbling bass lines, and euphoric rides is getting her noticed as one of the UKs most eligible and exciting up and coming artists.  

After spending some time as management on London Pirate Radio, where she still play today, she moved onto to setting up her own promotions, and is running charity Old Skool events under her new brand ASTRAL BEATS https://www.facebook.com/AstralBeatsEvents/?fref=ts and moving onto music production. 

Her debut event takes place in Brighton this October the 8th. ‘Iridescence a Spectrum of Rave’ will be raising funds and awareness for Autism and The Jigsaw Trust where artists including Kenny Ken and Kevin Energy will be performing and supporting the cause. More details here.

Andrew “Sik Individual” McIntyre is a UK Hardcore, Powerstomp and Bounce DJ based in South Yorkshire, UK.

Growing up in the 90s in the town of Doncaster that was infused with the sounds of underground music, it wasn’t long before Andrew found his love for the harder sounds.

​

It all started in 1996 when his cousin gave him a cassette tape called “Tik Tok Mark EG”. From then on he spent most of his weekly pocket money in his local rave shop Rhythm Nation.

Andrew bought tape packs from all of the popular events such as Dreamscape, Helter Skelter and Disztruxshon. At this point his favourite genre was Hard Trance which he still maintains is ‘the greatest sound ever invented’.

Many years later in 2018 He decided he wanted to learn to DJ – he bought a pair of decks and proceeded to learn the art of mixing. By 2019 Andrew had landed a residency in a local bar called Joey’s which caters for some of the harder sounds of dance. He has also run 4 successful events as a promoter at Joey’s bar and continues to hold his residency.

In the same year he joined and helped build the Facebook streaming page “Mash-Up Radio” providing a platform for bedroom DJs to ‘get their name out’. With the Mash-Up Radio brand he has held 3 successful events including one at at the “Kashmir Lounge” in Amsterdam.

By the end of 2019 Andrew had also released 36 promo DJ mixes clocking up over 30,000 plays and capturing the attention of the scene.

Though he loves playing clubs and events his love for music is stretches beyond the spectrum of DJ’ing. As well as a promoter/DJ he is always looking for other ways to express himself musically including learning to produce the sounds he loves.
