Summer Heart invite London based songwriter Jolé to blend his love of folk, indie and electronic music into an edit of new track 'Still Life'.

Having been performing independently for over eight years, Summer Heart signed to the renowned Swedish label Icons Creating Evil Art right before the pandemic hit in 2020. With an already impressive roster under their belts, the imprint is set to become a welcome home to the frontman’s breezy and lovable direction. Following on from the release of his highly-praised EP ‘Ambitions’ at the end of 2020 and his subsequent follow-up EP 'Insecurities' in the fall of 2021, Swedish alt-pop troubadour Summer Heart now has his aim for a full length album later this year; brining together some of the best pieces of music he's released on ICEA so far with some brand new cuts. The title track of the album will be 'Still Life' and we're now getting a first taste of what it will sound like with a custom 'Jolé edit' by London based songwriter Jolé who was invited to blend in his love of folk, indie and electronic music.

Jolé is the moniker of London based songwriter Joshua Oliver. Blending his love of folk, indie and electronic music he creates a soundscape taking influence from songwriters such as Justin Vernon, Beck and Chris Martin. Since the release of his debut album IN 2018 he has amassed millions of streams, had songs placed on NBC, The CW, MTV and toured across the UK and Europe.​ Just signed with Nettwerk and has a new EP in progress. Excellent DSP support (The Most Beautiful Songs in the World, Lost In the Woods, Sweater Weather etc.) and support from the likes of DIY Magazine, The Line of Best Fit, Atwood and Wonderland.
