Singer/Songwriter Dasheek MF was born in Newark, New Jersey on October 14th, 1987. After graduating high school at the age of 17. Dasheek left his hometown and entered the military, where he spent 4 years traveling the world. Dasheek returned back to his hometown at the age of 21 and he linked up with a group of musically talented individuals called "Money Fresh". At that time was when he made the decision to make music a career path rather than a hobby.  Dasheek's biggest inspirations are Michael Jackson, Donell Jones, Ginuwine, R. Kelly and Trey Songz, all are artist that dominated the charts in their lane of music. "God willing I receive the same results or better when I'm there". Currently Dasheek MF is captivating crowds and reeling in fans at local and outer-state venues. He just finished a tour with Dear Jersey Empowerment which was accompanied by Hot 97's only DJ Drewski. "It's definitely a grind" Dasheek says, "But I see the light at the end of the tunnel".
