I made this album during a time in my life when everything felt kind of still. It's hard to explain. It didn’t feel peaceful, just... paused. The songs are short, and I tried to capture the feelings I was living through during that time.

All of the instruments were made digitally. I couldn’t afford an electric guitar, so I did my best to make everything feel as alive and human as possible.

These songs came from thoughts I didn’t know how to put into words: missing someone dearly, feeling stuck, trying to move on. If any of that means something to you too, I hope you find a piece of yourself in here.
