With the June episode we are pleased to present a mix of experimental tunes, sound art and a lot of ambient music that brings back the past and future sounds of our project. 
Syntax Erika is a synthesist who works in contemporary electronic sound patterns. She is currently exploring the strata of sound, the artifacts of sound that become self-expression experiments. Her work is an hybrid between natural sounds and synthetic noises. She is incorporating elements of dark ambient, field recordings, industrial strength drones, art-techno, noise, and synth experimentation into her work.

Pour son nouveau format "j'irais mixer chez vous", @salam_music débarque chez @pont-levis. Après une vie à Saint-Etienne et 5 ans passé au sein du crew Positive Education puis la fondation de son crew Illegal Imposture orienté Rave music qu’il dirige pendant 2 ans, son amour pour les frites le pousse à bouger à Bruxelles fin 2020.  Il en profite pour se concentrer sur son projet Pont-Levis et oriente son style musical vers le downtempo, la bass tout en gardant le regard fixé sur le cosmos.

Standards & Practices return with their second release this year, following the release of Krohn / Mjolsness's superb "Drummer" EP. The first proper Stave release since 2021's collaboration with Karim Maas on UVB-76, "Godless", "Saints No Drum" is a concise and definitive artistic statement from Jonathan Krohn that encompasses everything that made his previous releases so captivating, while taking his sound in exciting new directions.

"Drum 1 - 4" display a level of refinement and restraint rarely heard in modern electronic music, and there's a sustained atmosphere of brooding, simmering tension that's  simultaneously meditative and menacing. The interstitial tracks here ("Fred S", "Krohn / Schneider", "Squared Off", and the title track) add texture, depth, and nuance to a release that adds up to much more than the sum of its parts.
