Ritmo Terco is an independent record label based in Bogotá (Colombia) since 2021; dedicated to paying tribute to the roots of electronic dance music, combining the old school gritty sound with a modern vanguard touch. This, the label’s debut release is a blend of cutures and sounds between the Colombia production duo RUSH CITY ( Midnight People – Yung Dumb Records) and London vocalist HANDERK”. “Cosmic Vibrations” is a four track Ep that fuses old-school House, Techno, Tribal, Hip Hop, Reggae, Breaks and African Percussive with anologue synths. The A-Side opens with “Feel The Rush” a UK Street-Style with a heavyweight bassline, hipnotic synth phrases and a catchy dub vocal. Next up the title track “Cosmic Vibrations” is an 80’s dub Hip House style tune with a raw and hipnotic 303 acid riff and an uplifting message of unification and love for planet earth: definitely an absolute danceflorr bombshell! The B-Side opens with “C-Rush On U” which is a deep vocal acid house reminiscent of Larry Heard’s 80’s deep house movement with “Fingers Inc”; due to its electro bassline, warm synths pads and a catchy melody vocal. Closing the release the RC duo show up their remix skills with a minimalistic 90’s deep raved up versión for “C-Rush On U”.

A Life dedicated to music. Beautifully talented Melchior Sultana, Born in Malta, Is a composer and multi instrumentalist. Growing up in an atmosphere of rich traditions, culture and arts in the middle of the Mediterranean can deeply sculpt a spirit. Melchior Sultana represents music as an art with no boundaries.

Everything started by understanding the various forms of sound. This interest in "sounds" gradually led to experience, study, knowledge and to an ongoing evolution of an artist. His experiences and knowledge through out his musical career led to the believe that music is a form of art that needs to remain pure. this means that music and art in general should reflect one's true inner voice and artistic execution and not be infected by non-artistic entities. This philosophy was carried out and is being practiced through out his music.

As a multi instrumentalist playing Guitar, Piano and Bass, Melchior Sultana is involved in various projects from classical to contemporary to Live band and electronic music productions. Melchior Sultana performed live at some of the most prestigious places from Cafe Del Mar in Malta to Panorama Bar, Berghain, IPSE in Berlin, Tresor and Rex Club Paris. Previous works show the wide musical vocabulary of this artist and his open mentality approach to music.
