Øbsidiaän is a duo project formed by the Mexican-born, Barcelona-based artists Hector Tlaseca and Yves Del Rio.

They produce their own music which they perform live as well as delivering solid and consistent DJ sets, where they explore sounds, rhythms and textures ranging from Ambient to Techno.

As part of their sonic exploration, they also run the label “Feinkost Records” aiming to give an outlet to like-minded artists with a serious proposal in music making.

Trippy atmospheres combined with soothing ambient techno tracks are to be expected from this selection, where the artists portray a high diversity of tracks and emotions.

Here's a glimpse of my 2hr original LIVE set made for my performance at "The Seed" - MoDem Festival 2022

**All the empty spaces were intentionally left for my guests (Korridor on flute & electronics and Dea Plevnesh on bendir) to add up (NOT ON RECORDING).

It includes material from my recently released album "Enhalon" on Rites, my EP "Devotion to Light" on Circular Limited as well as some unreleased solo + collab material w Jeremie Solarythm, Fabian Kempe (Korridor), Pete OWL & more.

— Artist Intro —

F-on (Alfonso Pomeda) is the owner of Alpenglühen (the label) focused in deep and ambient techno which explores the thin line between light and darkness.

His progressive sessions, profound and with long mixes, are real voyages that sail through experimental music, ambient and horizontal and dubby techno.

F-on's productions are 4x4 experiments of low tempo with field recordings and marked spaces, where he explores timbres, textures and cinematographic structures. He is a resident at the Alpenglühen and Taiga sessions and owner of the label Antimatter together with Bule.

Welcome to another edition of our XY experimental section.

In this case, we're glad to introduce Ricardo, aka Lateral Movement:
In the nineties a move to the UK came as a consequence of his studies and with him a pulsating eagerness which helped Lateral Movement to dive right into the local music culture, effervescent as ever. There he meandered effortlessly through genres, taking him deeper into the arts whilst aiding his curiosity, from free jazz to indietronica. Returning to his homeland, Portugal, subtracted him from this rich diversity and forced him to become a strong supporter of the alternative scenes, where he looked to push people and projects that shared his values and vision. There and then he decided to embark on a different kind of journey and took upon himself the responsibility of discovering new music and to share it with the community. To this day techno and its many guises are his passion, especially the deeper and hypnotic realms, where ambience and atmosphere play the main role.

In this occasion, he is bringing to our speakers a carefully crafted and very cohesively selected session, composed mainly by deep intrincated beats and surrounding trippy drums,

Today we are glad to welcome Yuto Takei, music composer / DJ, based in Tokyo & often Amsterdam. Originally he is producing music for Video Games & Car Promotions(Gran Turismo series, Lexus) in Tokyo, Japan. Now he is doing his own music expressions in Europe as well, has been gigs in the
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Finland, Serbia & Macedonia. In the meantime, he is doing field recordings in cities,
mountains, caves, etc. around this world, and utilizes the organic / human elements in his production. DJ style is about from Ambient to Electronic to Leftfield to Video Game Music, He treats them in parallel & make groovy soundscapes through various frequencies.

Binary Orbital Dynamics is a graphic score composition exploring gravitational interaction between two orbiting bodies. Inspired by the physics of orbital mechanics, the piece renders dynamic relationships—proximity, mass disparity, velocity, eccentricity—as abstract visual forms. These images guide the performers in creating sound through interpretation rather than conventional notation. The work may be performed by one or more musicians, with or without electronics. In this version, a fixed audio track—created specifically for this performance and never before heard—acts as a gravitational counterpart, shaping the musical field like a second celestial body. The performers respond to the sonic environment not as accompaniment, but as a force: pulling, resisting, drifting, or converging, depending on the evolving context. Rather than following a fixed tempo or score order, the players navigate the piece as a kind of sonic orbit—interpreting each graphic relationship as a moment of interaction. When performed by two musicians, they may represent distinct bodies (A and B), each with their own trajectory and influence. Binary Orbital Dynamics was commissioned by Bowerbird in Philadelphia for the Arcana New Music Ensemble. Like much of Vidiksis’s work, it explores systems of interaction—between performer and environment, between structure and interpretation—using sound to investigate complex, often invisible forces that shape our experience.
