Hiermit möchte ich mich bei euch allen, in der ganzen Welt,
für eure Mitleidsbekundungen bedanken.
Viele von Euch haben meine Frau nicht gekannt,
aber sie hat für Euch alle etwas hinterlassen.
Und dies möchte ich euch nun übergeben.

Biggi ist eine großartige Frau gewesen und hat Ihr Leben den
alternativen Heilmethoden gewidmet.
Sei es im Bereich der Chakra Aura Balance – Schamanismus oder
Meditation . Sie hat auf allen Wegen versucht anderen Menschen zu helfen
und das von ganzen Herzen und Seele.

Sie hat nun hier für euch alle etwas hinterlassen und 
vielleicht kann es einigen von euch, in bestimmten Lebenssituationen, helfen.

Es ist ein 20 Minuten Trommelreise die dazu verwendet wird:
1: Schamanisch zu reisen
2: Zur Entspannung
3. Zur Meditation

Für alle die sich noch nie damit beschäftigt haben, kommt hier eine 
kurze Anweisung.

1. Dämme dein Licht . 
Solltest du Räucherstäbchen oder anderes zur Entspannung haben,
benutze es.
2. Liege bequem, warm und entspannt.
3. Schließe die Augen 
5. Atme tief durch die Nase ein und langsam durch den Mund wieder aus.
4. Versuche an nichts zu denken und höre nur der Trommel zu.

Irgendwann wird sich der Klang der Trommel verändern und wenn
Du den richtigen Punkt erreicht hast, wird die Trommel für dich Singen.

Ich hoffe, dass diese Trommelreise einigen von Euch helfen wird,
so wie sie mir in den letzten Wochen geholfen hat.

Damit diese Trommelreise auch wirklich um die Welt reisen kann,
wäre ich dankbar, wenn ihr es hier auf Facebook, Soundcloud oder YouTube
teilt. Damit es so viele Menschen wie möglich erreicht 
Menschen helfen, heilen und sie wieder glücklich machen, ist für sie ein

Drum Journey 20 Min
I would like to thank all of you, all over the world,
for your expressions of sympathy.
Many of you did not know my wife,
but she has left something for all of you.
And this is what I would like to pass on to you.

Biggi has been a great woman and has dedicated her life to 
alternative healing methods.
Be it in the field of Chacra Aura Balance - Shamanism or meditation. 
She has tried to help other people in all ways, with all her heart and soul.

She has now left something here for all of you and maybe it can 
help some of you in certain life situations.

It is a 20 minute drum journey that is used to:
1: Shamanic journeying
2: For relaxation
3. For meditation

For those of you who have never tried it before, here is a short instruction. 

1. Dim your light . 
If you have incense or anything else for relaxation,use it.
2) Lie comfortably, warm and relaxed.
3.Close your eyes.
4. Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth. 
5. Try not to think about anything and just listen to the drum.

At some point the sound of the drum will change and when you reach the right point, the drum will sing for you.

I hope that this drum journey will help some of you,
as it has helped me in the last few weeks.
