Liquid STONE || REMEMBER is the second movement of the Liquid Stone cycle — a meditation on sediment, memory, erosion and the quiet stories held in layered rock.
Where FOCUS was dense and igneous, this disc is soft-edged and time-worn: sandstone, limestone, shale, flint, and conglomerate, each explored in two tracks that echo different “states” of the same material — settling, dissolving, breaking, sparking, merging.

The sound is liquid ambient with slow DnB undercurrents, built from grain-size textures, warm erosion pads, water-shaped tones, brittle slate clicks, soft mineral percussion, and a close-mic British whisper that feels like memory drifting forward.
Each stone’s natural resonance and behaviour shapes its palette: dust-soft sandstone, water-heavy limestone, brittle shale, flint sparks, and the layered gathering of conglomerate.

This is the memory disc:
warm strata, soft fractures, edges dissolving, ideas surfacing.
A slow return to things buried, carried, and eroded smooth by time.

This album lives in the moments after memory settles. Late-night highways, empty gas stations, radios left on for comfort, and the slow realization that not every journey needs a destination. These songs aren’t about heartbreak at its loudest. They’re about what comes after, when the noise fades and motion becomes its own kind of healing.

Built around warm analog textures, steady rhythms, long instrumental passages, and restrained vocals, this record is meant to be played start to finish. It’s music for driving without urgency, thinking without spiraling, and letting the road carry the weight for a while.

Wanted to record something really mellow and I have not really sung on a whole track by myself without another artist featuring. So here it is. I was walking around my favourite place in the world (High Ash Farm) with my friend Jake Masters and we usually just listen to beats. He liked the sound of this beat and so did I, so I got to work on it that night, simple as! It is produced by FUNKY DL. Art work by Jake Masters.
